i am your fan since your cute days! i even received prizes when you sing the song “don’t cry for me argentina” although i requested “hagkan”, it was october 1979. my mother claimed my prize. octiber or november 1984, i watched your show at araneta coliseum “sharon solo with the boys”, you were with raymond lauchengco and the rest. i was sitting near the stage. you were wearing white that concert night.

anyway, i know this is a sensitive issue for you but id like to share something thats y im putting a comment.its fine if you dont publish mine.i dont know how i can send u a mesage privately. i have noticed that youve gained quite a bit and it surprised me.im from overseas and i havent seen u for a while. i know how it feels ive been there but i managed to loose alot after i gave birth. im diagnosed pre diabetic so i was advised by my doctor to loose wt. i did it myself and it works! now i just got back from my check up and i lost much i was told i can gain abit of weight again. its so simple to loose. my sis is here and in 2 weeks shes lost 6 kg.
i follow proper diet with the right ingredients, proper exercise and right timing for the exercise. understanding what you eat and how it affects you body is the key. no huffing and puffing required. no special prepared diet needed. and natural tea to help speed up wt loss sold here in new zealand which doesnt cost anything at all. $5 a box. im not sure what your health condition is but if your interested, i can give you the details….you might know someone from here to get you the tea which can be bought at the local supermarket.or i can send you some for free.
i only tried this myself and i shared it with my sis. and she said its not that hard at all and because she sees results, shes so motivated.
